Before, Drupal.my was using FCKeditor as the HTML-based editor. Currently we are using wysiwyg with TinyMCE plugins (although it can uses FCKeditor too). Anyhow, I find it troublesome to use HTML editor where I can't embed images directly. Without it you must enter the URL of the image.
So we use IMCE with IMCE-wysiwyg bridge.
- http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg - Wysiwyg module allows you to use client-side editors (a.k.a. WYSIWYG editors) to edit content in Drupal. It simplifies installation and integration of editors and allows to assign an editor to each input format. Wysiwyg module replaces all other editor integration modules and no other Drupal module is required.
- http://drupal.org/project/imce - An image/file uploader and browser supporting personal directories and user quota.
- http://drupal.org/project/imce_wysiwyg - Enabled IMCE Wysiwyg API bridge - Makes IMCE available as plugin for client-side editors integrated via Wysiwyg API.

Simple but need further instruction note
The best modules for embedding the image for Drupal 6. Image browser and image upload module are too bad for Drupal 6- I fade up to solve the problem via Drupal Forum. Could you provide the tutorial about this for normal user not webmaster ? Recently I have conducted volunteerly the in-house training for the teachers for 3 hours. I'm very happy they could do. ( Better don't use FCK Editor or CK Editor due to appearance problem on the buttons and icons)
