Importing .po no longer works?

I was wondering whether it's me, but I noticed that the Import feature no longer working. I wonder why?

But only the Import tab is unavailable.

and if I access it via http://www.drupal.my/translate/languages/ms/import it would show Permissions Denied.Perhaps it's a permissions problem?

Looks like your account does not have the Roles: Translator.
I have added this for you, please check.
