PHP Error while trying to Export the Current MS Translation

Was greeted with this error:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path='.:/home/mydrupal/PEAR:.:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp5/lib/php') in /home/mydrupal/PEAR/Archive/Tar.php on line 43

http://www.drupal.my/translate/languages/ms/export

I selected 'drupal' as project.

I clicked the 'Choose project' button, effectively submitting the form that i've just filled in.

I was greeted with a warning - 'Please choose a release or opt to export for all releases.', but no matter, I will comply:

Selected 6.12 for Release

Selected Translation for Type

Selected Drupal 6 package format for Format

I clicked the 'Export' button. I expected a tar.gz, but I got that PHP error, instead.

This should be posted to MS Translation forum instead, I didn't notice it as it is in the wrong forum.
BTW, I'm not sure why there is PEAR error as I've been exporting for the past months, not less than 5 times.

There was some error when compiling php 5.2.10 with litespeed, upon switching back to 5.2.9, php was not built with pear.

clearly it's a server currently not supporting PEAR. I actually, I never really use this export functionality. Will alert this to the server guy.
